All deposits paid toward the purchase of a tiny house are non-refundable. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

b. Non-Refundable Products

Due to the customized and specialized nature of our tiny houses, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Returns are only available for faulty or defective products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Manufacturing Faults

a. Definition of Manufacturing Faults

A manufacturing fault refers to significant defects or issues in the construction or functionality of the tiny house that deviate from agreed-upon specifications or industry standards.

b. Reporting Faults

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault with your tiny house, you must report it to us in writing within 14 days of receiving the products. Please provide detailed documentation, including photographs and a description of the issue.

c. Resolution Process

Upon receiving your report:

  1. We will assess the issue to determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing fault.
  2. If confirmed, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Repair of the fault at no additional cost.
    • Replacement of the faulty component.

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate resolution method.

3. Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modifications made by the customer.
  • Wear and tear resulting from normal usage.
